Responsibilities: 
To support the Retail Site Point of Sale (POS) systems and Back office system (BOS) through managing 3rd party vendor for operational improvement in Retail IT operation, including:
• Consolidation & monitoring of key operational cost and performance database.
• Preparation of service support payment to the vendors.
• Analyze SLA performance data and provide good quality improvement suggestions to IT and Business team, contribute to service management for the area of responsibility (management of SLA, facilitating SLA reviews, management of contracts for licenses and maintenance.
• Managing Site systems support contracts together with Contract and Procurement team.
• Assists preparation of Targets and Resources (T&R).
• Manage payment process to 3rd party vendor and make correct accrual on time.
• Filing management (GRM) according to company policies, owns the application documentation and is responsible for its maintenance.
• Supports and tracks the implementation of company IT standards and policies.
• Knows how an application has been configured/coded to work to make it work in the way Shell wishes its business processes to work.
• Work with other internal IT teams and external vendors to provide end-to-end support to the Retail applications and functions.
• Co-ordinate issue resolution, root cause analysis and change management, applying the global support processes (i.e., incident, problem, change, release) to the site systems applications.
• Use this knowledge to help scope and design changes to the solution(s) and they will be called upon to assist with the resolution of escalated urgent/complex issues to ensure business continuity.
• For enhancement and change requests that have been approved through the Demand Management Process (including project). Consult on impact of changes on the current application functionalities.
• Take accountability on Supportability readiness, issues and concerns. In collaboration with Project and Supportability ensures start-up issues are resolved to Business and IT satisfaction and prepares smooth Agreement to Operate sign-off.
• Follow the ITIL process on daily Run & Maintenance support.


Requirements: 
• Degree qualified, preferably with IT background.
• Demonstrated project and process management skills and capabilities.
• Proven analytical and benchmarking skills.
• At least 3 years experience in Retail POS system support.
• Demonstrated evidence of Enterprise first values and behaviors will be taken into account during the selection process.
• Good understanding of standard application support processes (incident/change management).
• Experience in directly managing 3rd party suppliers is essential.
• Team working Knowledge with supervisory experience.
• Use computer & communication systems Skill.
• Analysis and Problem Solving Skill.
• Manage contract with service providers & suppliers Knowledge.
• Good customer-facing, interpersonal and communications (oral and written) skills in both Mandarin and English language.
• Strong influencing / negotiation skills.
• Ability to deal with conflict and ambiguity effectively. Work under pressure.
