Responsibilities:
· Support the Supply Network Planning (SNP) task in relating to Networking process, including networking forecast collection, submission, confirm and review forecast with supply sources.
· Support SNP in managing short term supply issues, including contacting supply sources to get support for unforecasted demand, urgent demand outside Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle.
· Support SNP to collecting and analyzing Grease supply-demand related information.
· Act as regional Lubricant Supply Chain (LSC) focal point for WISE related matter, including the interface with SNP and demand planning (DP) of other regions.
· Provide end-to-end analysis to support networking decisions.
· Provide support to SNP projects/assignments.
Requirements:
· Understanding of supply chain management, such as production, logistics, operation research, demands forecasting, product lifecycle management.
· Experience in using SAP system is required.
· Experience in using the supply chain models in Advanced Planning Optimizer (APO) is a plus.
· Good computer skills, especially in using Microsoft Office.
· Demonstrated data management and analytical capabilities.
· Good communication skills with all level's Lubricants business stakeholders
· Ability to work with cross-country supply network planners.
· Knowledge in lubricants or petrochemical business will be additional advantage.
