Responsibilities:
· Be responsible for Joint Venture (JV) detailed network plan creation and development; including current network performance review, competitive positioning, recommendations and rationale. Formulate the strategy of site acquisition, renewals and disposal to achieve the network objective for growth and profitability.
· To monitor the investments allocation and expenditure and evaluate performance of investment to ensure capital investment optimization.
· To manage the JV network activities, including planning, acquisition, renewals and disposal and to deliver the Network Master Plan within the allocated budget.
· To build relationships with Sinopec brand offices and local authorities, including road planning, town planner, environment protection authorities and others.
· Lead the Post Investment Review exercise, share learning and monitor corrective actions to achieve investment targets.
· To work closely with Sales and Operation staff, especially Territory Managers to seek their participation in network development and to leverage on their local knowledge and connection with authorities and private developers.
Requirements:
· A bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of Retail working experience, including network management.
· Proven record of working in Joint Venture, or negotiating with external partners.
· Familiar with local government requirement, licenses and legal contractual terms & conditions.
· Must be able to manage Shell’s requirements and local execution challenges.
