Responsibilities: 

1.    To manage the warehouse department efficiently, including inbound & outbound. And ensure safety management.

2.    To ensure warehouses and depots in a manner that is safe, cost effective and meeting agreed customers service level by delivering the products on time with the right quality and right quantity

3.    Ensuring raw material is received according to production plan which keep production running smoothly. And transfer out goods in time as per agreed service level agreement in a safe and cost effective manner

4.    Responsible for forklift management and safety

5.    Monitor monthly inbound and outbound process

6.    Set clear target for subordinates. Motivate and coach subordinate to achieve satisfactory performance.

7.    Ensure that all subordinates are properly trained with necessary Health, Safety, Security  & Environment (HSSE), functional and leadership competence.

8.    Responsible for  HSSE of moving vehicles and Road Transport Safety(vehicle inspection and driver/journey management)

Requirements: 

1.    Bachelor or above degree in logistic or management

2.    8 years working experience in warehouse, at least 5 years of management experience.

3.    Expertise in raw material, finished goods acceptance, stock accuracy, etc.

4.    Strong stakeholder management skills in supplier, production, planning, 3rd party logistics, staff ,etc.

5.    Good communication skill to involve internal and external resource to achieve overall target.
