Onsite openings for Finance Advisor - Zhapu Plant–Shell-China

Responsibilities: 
·         Business partner for Lubricant Supply Chain (LSC) Zhangpu Plant Manager, work closely with the business to ensure effective management in dynamic/tough/uncertain economic environment.
·         Provide finance support to LSC Zhapu Plant General Manager, by establishing the effective working relation with Finops, business team, and global/regional finance teams.
·         Support and Educate Zhapu Plant business initiatives, and proactively work with to drive the cost control on opex.
·         Lead finance part for Streamline in Zhapu plant, and work with the business streamline team to establish the way of working and push forward the change.
·         Support LSC China FM to lead the LSC T&R process for Zhapu plant, and co-ordinate with global/regional planning and business.
·         Evaluate GIP/IP model,and provide advice to business on the feasibility of the investment.
·         Play a leading role to drive LSC KPI system,and fully adopt global MI into North East Asia system.


Requirements: 
·         At least 5 years experience, preferably supply chain finance experience.
·         Understand of SAP and familiar with supply chain cost control.
·         Preferably with accounting certificates, ie, ACCA, CIMA, etc.
·         Team player, leadership potential with demonstrated uptrend in career.
·         Strong communication skill (both English and Mandarin).
·         Able to work independently.
