Responsibilities: 

·         Interface to BO Supplier from North East Asia Lubricant Supply Chain (LSC) team perspective.

·         Act as single point accountable for all day to day issues for BO supply into Shell LSC.

·         Ensure BO are followed up by the correct Shell focal point and delivered on time in full.

·         Material stock level review and assist plant for target setting.

·         Lead the local plant planners to drive forecast accuracy.

·         Drive the implementation of BO supply improvement program with plant.

·         Lead the BO business analysis.

·         Ensure data maintain and issues/complaints procedures with suppliers.

Requirements: 

·         Colleague diploma or above in business/trading field.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills especially with external partners.

·         Good team work spirit, interpersonal skills and proactive working attitude.

·         Good knowledge of end to end supply chain a plus.

·         Good analytical skills and data management.

·         Good command of written and spoken English.

·         Good problem solving skills and communication skills.

·         Good working knowledge on ERP/SAP system with experience on data accuracy.
