Responsibilities: 
- Liaise closely with Coal Bed Menthon (CBM)  projects to provide steer, data, and operation support.
- Draft wireline logging proposal for CBM well programs
- QA/QC wireline logging deliveries from contracting services
- Plan and coordinate wire-line and slick line open and cased hole data acquisition strategy for the field appraisal campaign. This includes all forms of saturation logging, production logging, and casing inspection services of existing wells.
- Provide quality petrophysical data for reservoir reviews and well reviews.
- Participate in value assurance activities, such as identify and drive improvements in vendor services and data quality.
- Ensure the integrity and management of Shell corporate log database.
- Provide input into contracting strategy for all petrophysical logging services.
- Drive one or more business improvement initiatives that are ongoing to enhance the quality of WRM in Shell.
- Ensures Petrophysical Engineering activities in the asset are executed in line with technical & operation excellence minimum standards
- Assists with the implementation of processes, guidelines and standards relevant to Petrophysical Engineering
- Contributes to optimal cross-discipline integration and the development and maintenance of (multi-disciplinary) teams.
- Implement innovative ideas and technological advanced solutions in the areas of borehole imaging, pressure monitoring, micro-seismicity monitoring.
- Liaise and communicate with technical professionals and stake holders to secure approval for drilling operations and field development plans.


Requirements: 
• A minimum of five years experience of petrophysical experience including well site operations and WRM experience and exposure
• Competence required includes experience (at skill level) in open-hole and cased-hole log evaluation, core-log calibration, usage of PLATO and TechLog software, petrophysical data management and integration
• Knowledge on coal and CBM reservoir or geology
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Good spoken and written English language skills required
