Requirements:
Must have 5+ years QA experience. Excellent knowledge of networking, protocols, routing. Experience writing thorough test plans at all phases. Deep knowledge of layer 4-7 networking protocols. Detailed knowledge of IP Networking including details of IP stack layers, routing, and packet formats. Knowledge of networking debugging tools, Ethereal, Tcpdump, Sniffer. Test automation language; TCL, Python, Perl. Comfortable working in both Windows and Linux environments. Knowledge of DUT configuration. Experience with layer 4-7 networking devices (load balancers, content switches) highly desirable.
