Job Description:
I. Operational tasks
1.To lead a large team with focus on performance to achieve goals, including coaching and developing teams.
2.To ensure that the team operates effectively and maintains service level agreements.
3.Posses proven ability to manage workflows and processing tasks
4.Possess previous experience analyzing business performance measures and reporting.
5.Possess prior experience in training facilitation and administration to Develops and/or conducts training programs
6.To oversee the maintenance of departmental records.
7.To collaborate with Support Functions like IT, HR, & Finance to establish the right infrastructure to enable smooth Operations.
8.To interact with internal and external auditors and participates in occasional auditing projects or provides information and access to accounting records as required
9.To perform functions associated with monthly financial closing
