Role
Work with developers and architects in solving performance and configuration problems
Gather customer inputs for future product roadmap
Train customers/users on product features and performance tuning
Mentor fresh engineers
Be the face of the organization to customers
Eligibility
2 or more years of experience in customer support or professional services
2 or more years experience with Java and J2EE Technologies
Hands-on experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting at least one of the following application servers: Pramati, Weblogic, Websphere
Working experience with at least one of the following database servers: Oracle, MSSQL
Working experience with at least two of the following operating systems: Windows, Linux, Solaris, HP-UX
B.E/M.Sc /MCA in Computer Science, Information Systems or Electronics
Good problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent written and verbal communications
Ability to perform under pressure
Flexibility to travel to customer sites when required
Availability on call
