Role
To initiate first level contact with 'C' and other level prospects & pitch the ground.
Prospecting for new customers by cold calling in US market.
Interaction with VP or C level people over the phone. Maximizing contacts and lead generation.
Pitching software product development services to prospects in the US market.
Profiling prospects by way of organization chart, initiatives, and research budgets.
Execute qualification calls to a set of targeted accounts to uncover opportunities for sales follow up.
Maintaining the pipeline in a CRM database and constantly upgrading it.
Transitioning vetted prospects to field sales for further interactions and deal closures.
Eligibility
Should be a graduate Engineer or MBA or both.
Convincing power to sell high value solutions & ability to extract maximum information over the phone.
Excellent Lead Qualification and Lead Generation skills to discover opportunities for sales follow up.
Excellent Telephone & Selling skills.
Good analytical ability and interpersonal skills.
Should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Should have proven track record of achieving targets.
Should have working knowledge of a CRM system
Understanding of offshore software services model will be a plus.
Accent neutralization for US market will also be a plus
Willing to work in US (EST) timings.
At least one year of experience in an Inside Sales team of an IT solutions or software company. Top performers in international call centers/BPO with enterprise sales background are encouraged to apply.
