Minimum Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.Sc / M.Tech / MCA.

Technical Skills:
• Strong in .Net 4.0 / C#/ SQL Server 2005 or 2008.
• Should have working exposure to WCF and WPF [means the resources would have worked on the project].
• Should have working exposure to PRISM, Enterprise Library.
• Good familiarity with Test Driven Development and refactoring methodologies
• Design patterns and framework design.
• Sound conceptual and practical knowledge of object orientation, componentization.
• Experience in eliciting / defining requirements.
• Proactive and positive attitude, capable of leading teams.
• Excellent written and good communication skill is a must.
