Skill Set:
3+ years of software development experience in Saleforce.com or CRM with a distinguished track record on technically demanding projects.
1+ years of SFDC development experience (Apex, Visual Force, SControls, Triggers, Workflow automation) with experience in high level of customization of SFDC platform.
Working knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Java script, Visual force, HTML).
Work with business and functional teams to gather requirements, design quality solutions, and create development specifications.
Salesforce.com application configuration and customized development and extension mainly around order entry/automation Evaluate data entry, import processes and ensure proper data quality standards exist for the Salesforce.com application Ability to transform new requirements into design and implementation.
Required Skills:
Strong problem solving skills, should be able to research and understand an undocumented set up and application.
Responsible for unit, integration and end to end system testing and performance tuning of application & documenting the same. Provide on-going support of existing SFDC Developments
Must be willing to work in a team environment-Effectively.
Excellent communication and inter personnel skills.
