Skills Required:-Good Typing  / Keyboard Skills

-Good verbal communication skills – ability to communicate clearly & correctly. (English – able to comprehend)

-Good understanding of telephone etiquette

-Customer service skills – ability to understand what customer wants & provide solutions using available resources

Educational Qualification Required :

Minimum Qualification : 12th Standard / Graduates

Age:

Min 18 years

Others:

Willingness to work in rotating shifts. Rotational offs. Pick and drop will be made available according to shifts.

Fresher with good communication skills
