Job Description   

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for executing transactions at sub process level,

Reconciliations between various systems/companies for stock positions and

cash balances, etc.

2. Responsible for meeting daily and monthly targets

Critical Skills Required:

1. Good knowledge of the Capital / Money markets.

2. Strong interpersonal skills

3. Ability to work and communicate with team members

4. Strong analytical skills

5. Advanced knowledge of PC technology-DOS, applications and on-line

tools

6. Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to build rapport with

clients.

7. Knowledge of Customer's Culture

8. Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Candidate Specification:-

1. Graduate preferably in Commerce or Accounts

2. 0-1 year of relevant experience in investment banking/brokerage/

custodian banking

3. Previous experience in a BPO or Transaction processing business

would be an added advantage, with experience in interaction with

overseas clients or customers on the phone. Experience with Investment

Banking Operation (Captive / Third Party) will be preferred.

4. Good Communication skills

5. Good interpersonal skills with excellent people-management

capabilities

6. Good analytical skills

7. Good attention to detail

8. Aptitude for understanding technology

9. Ability to take Independent decisions
