Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Educate clients on the value they can generate from their current LinkedIn Corporate Products via a thorough on-boarding process that includes training, consulting and regular communication about product features.
- Encourage clients to utilize appropriate LinkedIn resources (i.e., community, forums, training, Professional Services engagements, user conferences, workshops, etc) to increase their utilization of LinkedIn products.
- Deliver group and individual user informational and training sessions about LI products, industry benchmarking and best practices
- Monitor usage, proactively contact clients upon low usage and deliver coaching/training to improve their utilization
- Utilize LinkedIn, client and other data to derive insights and use these to drive greater client engagement.
- Assist with pre sales activities like detailed evaluation of the potential client’s existing sourcing tools and strategy and follow up calls to insure that client needs are addressed fully prior to the close.
- Be a client partner in maximizing the benefits of their investment with LinkedIn Corporate Solutions.
- Partner with Account Executives and Relationship Managers during pre-sales, Quarterly review process and renewal process.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background
- Experience with Social Media Recruiting and LI Recruiter highly desired
- 5+ years experience in corporate recruiting
- Experience with developing and delivering onsite training and webinars
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as attention to detail
- Working knowledge of two or more of the following business areas:
○ Call Center/Customer Service ○ Business Analytics ○ Social Network Recruiting
- Excellent organization, project management and time management skills
- Ability to effectively present to large remote audiences
- Ambitious and driven, thriving in fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Willingness to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist wherever needed
- Strong Microsoft Office capabilities: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint a must.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, or related field (Masters preferred)

- About 25% travel
