Responsibilities:
· To maintain and seek continual improvement of the Bukom Management System through the effective function of HSSE Management System (MS) and Refinery MS and integrate where feasible
· To update the Bukom Management Systems in order to meet changing business needs and ensure its consistency and alignment with the Downstream Manufacturing Management System
· To support all departments in the effective implementation and execution of the Bukom Management Systems
· Establish and maintain Level 1 documentation of the Bukom MS (the highest-level guidance document in the structure) that outlines the overall approach as to how Bukom will undertake its activities site-wide, with the objective of ensuring that the overall MS is consistent and fully aligned with the expectations of the Downstream Manufacturing MS
· Coordinate and conduct Management Reviews to ensure that the framework of risk management, control and governance and the core management processes are operating efficiently and effectively, and assist with any necessary follow up to ensure robustness of those processes
· Act as the site focal point for Global Manufacturing Standards and Guidelines (GMS) to coordinate and ensure that GMS are implemented according to plan
· Plan for and facilitate the Bukom MS committee meetings, incorporating a mechanism for effective -periodic review of the management system and ensuring that changes or updates are properly documented and communicated to all relevant parties
· Communicate MS and Quality System requirements to all relevant parties to ensure site-wide adherence and implementation and to conduct training on the MS/QS implementation as required
· Drive the site Audit Assurance Programme and coordinate the execution of the audits by external or internal parties. This includes a plan of the audit schedule and scope and ensures full compliance or follow ups on non-compliance items by process owners
· Ensure all associated MS registrations are maintained and are used to drive continuous improvements. Report Non-Conformance(s) to the Management Representative and Bukom Management Team
· Represent Bukom in communications with external certification institutions, e.g ISO,Lloyds
· Custodian of Bukom intranet home page and Bukom Management System web-site ensuring that information posted are accurate and current
· Support general HSSEQ requirements, functions, training and others related activities/duties as required
· Effectively integrating the management systems of various disciplines at the site to form a coherent and sustainable Bukom MS
· Staying on top of organizational changes to be able to assist business owners to translate them into relevant management processes in order to ensure that the Bukom MS remains current and aligned with the Downstream MS model
· The incumbent must possess the ability to engineer change through seeking diverse inputs, proactively identifying/responding to changing business needs and influencing teams of talented others to deliver the expected results
Requirements:
· A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
· At least 5 years of working experience in a Manufacturing or plant environment
· Experience in Management Systems

· Ability to manage interfaces & build solid relationships within the business
· Skills or ability to learn quickly the DS Business Intelligence tools (Business Objects, COGNOS) and MI applications (e.g. GPMR, Faster)
· A good understanding of Accounting Principles and a recognized accounting qualification (completed or in progress) would be an advantage
