QA Analyst :Testing Tools
Exp :  4 -10 Yrs

Description:

·         Our Client a Top Tier Investment Firm is looking for a Solid Candidate to handle a Quality Assurance Tester / Analyst Reporting role.

·         Will handle Test Planning - participate in the development of test plans. Use of Test Tools - performance of testing using defect tracking tools and manual tools such as check lists, test scripts, and decision tables; use of other test tools; providing technical support for test

·         tools in a test organization.

·         Test Case Design - designing test cases based on a written statement of requirements; designing test cases based on software structure; designing test cases based on business or operational scenarios. Test Execution - experience in executing tests; serving as a member of an independent test team. Defect Management - use of defect management tools for defect logging and reporting. Test Measurement - collecting test measurements.

·         ACH Reporting. Maintaining a Test Environment - performing ongoing maintenance of a test environment (e.g. updating test data, adding new test data and test cases, coordinating new modules or tables to be added to the test environment);

·         performing configuration management for a test environment.

Skill Set

·         Quality Center and QTP are must haves.

·         Must be experts in SQL and SQL queries

·         Agile knowledge is a plus

·         ACH Reporting

·         Performed SQL queries of SQL Server/Oracle database for verification.

·         Performing data mapping and data validation between applications

·         IBM Weblogic/Websphere Experience

·         Performing backend, systems, functional, WhiteBox, unit and regression testing of large scale system.

·         Created and maintained complex Test Cases using Mercury Quality Center.

·         Participated in scrum meetings 2-3 times weekly to discuss sprint plans, accomplishments, and potential drawbacks and to review user case history and to assign tasks.

·         Some Agile experience or knowledge is a plus

·         Software:, SQL, , Mercury Quality Center, Websphere, WEBLOGIC, , and XML

·         Hardware: Oracle, SQL Databases, and /PEGA
