Sr Account Manager
Responsibilities:
·
• Entering Daily Sales, Purchase, Cash and Bank Transaction.
·
• Maintaining Petty Cash Book, Stock Book.
·
• Handling of sales tax (statutory forms)
·
• Preparation, checking of vouchers for Payments and Receipts
·
• Preparation and filing of statutory payments and returns related to
TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Professional Tax,
·
• Reconciliation of bank A/c, Creditors A/c, Debtors A/c.
·
• Generation of TDS Certificates.
·
• Handling Payroll activities like payroll register, PF, PT, ESI.
·
• Preparation of Schedules for Accounts payable, Salary advance Employee
Reimbursement and Statutory Liabilities.
·
• Preparing Debit Notes / Credit Notes
·
• Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements;
preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances;
initiating corrective actions.
·
• Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses;
coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data;
preparing special reports.
·
• Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
·
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with
payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
·
• Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
·
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping
financial information confidential.
·
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation,
·
• monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
·
• administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
·
• monitor and support taxation issues
·
• Reviews on-line transactions for changes and accuracy and corrects
errors.
·
• Disburses funds using manual/local warrants or petty cash and makes
change according to specific instructions.
Requirements:
·
• BCOM + MBA Finance any qualification related to management stream.
·
• Minimum 8 years experience.
